For the second round in a row, the Manchester FA are broadcasting the draw live from 5pm with Hyde United, Mossley, Droylsden, Glossop North End and Trafford all going into the hat at their headquarters.
The Hillmen and Trafford meet at Surrey Street in their outstanding first round tie next Tuesday night (October 24) with the quarter-finals set to be played in the week commencing Monday 6 November. EVO-STIK League Premier Ashton United are the most successful club in the competition's history having lifted the trophy on 15 occasions since it was first played in 1934-35, their last success back in 2003.
Second-placed Droylsden on 13 last won the cup in 2011 while Mossley in third with 11 wins are the last EVO-STIK League club to triumph in 2016 after a 3-1 victory over Stalybridge Celtic, their fourth win in five seasons. The cup was lifted by FC United of Manchester for the first time last season at Boundary Park after their win over Stalybridge Celtic.
