With no cup distractions this weekend, Friday's newly released NPL Show Extra focuses on the full programme of action on Saturday in all three divisions of the EVO-STIK Northern Premier League.

Produced by the team at FCUM radio behind the monthly EVO-STIK NPL Show and now available for download on the link below, the latest edition of the new weekend preview podcast for the league's fans, players and officials is hosted by Ben Hughes and was recorded as always at its regular home in midweek, Stockport's Magnet Inn.

Hughes is joined by regular guest James Heyes from the NPL Facebook Group and Whitby Town Radio's Andrew Snaith as the trio look ahead to the 'bread and butter' action and review the performances of the league's sides in last weekend's FA Trophy second qualifying round and subsequent midweek relays.
