Draw made for trophy hunt!

By David Watters

The EVO-STIK Northern Premier League's flag-bearers in the Buildbase FA Trophy are running the rule over their next opponents in Non-League's showpiece cup competition following the draw for the third qualifying round.

Held at lunchtime at Wembley, 14 EVO-STIK NPL clubs went into the hat for the competition's next round on Saturday 26 November with the winners of the 40 ties drawn set to bank £4,000 in FA prize money.

A number of the league's representatives still have work to do in replays this week to confirm their berths and bank £3,250 as second qualifying round winners. Of those already through, Witton Albion are looking forward to hosting National League North Boston United, Blyth Spartans are heading to Altrincham and Matlock Town are hosting FC Halifax Town. Other stand-out ties include an all EVO-STIK NPL clash between Shaw Lane and Nantwich Town in Barnsley.
