The midfielder, pictured, signed for manager Gary Hackett in time to claim as assist for the winner at the War Memorial Ground in the EVO-STIK League Premier after a brief stint with Solihull Moors who retain his National League registration.
On as a second-half substitute to make his third debut, Tonks unhinged the Canaries defence with just over a quarter of an hour to go by hurling in one of his trademark long throws for fellow sub Joshua Cooke to hammer home on 73 minutes.
Tonks originally joined the Glassboys from Halesowen Town in the summer of 2015 before impressing during the EVO-STIK League Premier Division club's run to the Emirates FA Cup Second Round that season to earn a December switch to National League AFC Telford United. After returning later in the campaign, he spent the whole of last term with the Glassboys, playing a key role in the club's run to the Emirates FA Cup Third Round and play-off final appearance.
In total, Tonks has scored seven times in 96 appearances, leaving him just three away from becoming a Stourbridge centurion within weeks. Before his return was hailed by fans on social media, a club spokesman said: "We are delighted to announce that midfielder Tom Tonks re-signed for the Glassboys ahead of Monday night's match against Barwell. Welcome back, Tom!"
