By James Gordon

A win for Kendal Town means they are now four points clear of the relegation zone in the BetVictor Northern N/West table.

Kendal defeated Tadcaster Albion away from home, with two first-half goals enough to secure the points thanks to Thomas Stead and Joseph Dickson and a 2-1 result.

At the foot of the table, Pickering Town let a 2-0 lead slip as two goals in as many minutes for Connor Gual saw Clitheroe come back for a 2-2 draw.

At the top, Workington defeated Marske United 2-0 with goals from Nathan Waterson and Scott Allison to remain one point clear.

Ramsbottom United defeated Brighouse Town 3-1, with goals coming from Josh Hmami, Nic Evangelinos and Daniel Naidole, as they sit second in the table.

Marine dropped points in the play-offs as they lost 2-0 to Mossley, while Pontefract Collieries claimed a 3-0 win over Dunson, with a brace from James Baxendale and Spencer Clarke opening the scoring.

In mid-table, Trafford and Prescot were involved in a goalless draw, while Ossett United defeated Widnes 4-2.
