The loan star from Everton, pictured, is expected to miss three games for the Seagulls after being called up to the England U20s squad for a four-team international tournament kicking off in Germany.
With England playing Holland on Wednesday, Turkey next Saturday and hosts Germany on Tuesday week (Oct 13) for the Mercedes-Benz Elite Cup, Griffiths, who helped Ash Hoskins's side come from behind to beat Stamford 2-1 on Saturday to secure their first win in eight games and climb out of the bottom four, will miss three games against Stourbridge, Ilkeston and Skelmersdale United.
The 19-year-old arrived at Llanelian Road two weeks ago on an initial one month deal after being first called up for England's friendly against the Czech Republic while on loan at Northwich Victoria at the start of the season.
Griffiths, who captained Everton to the Barclay's U18s League title last season and has twice been on the bench for the Premier League giant's first team, helped take Jim Gannon's side to the top of the EVO-STIK NPL First Division North table by keeping five clean sheets in seven outings.
Before beating the Daniels, the stopper had yet to be on a winning side during his latest loan switch after two defeats and a draw in his opening three games.
