Ethan Cartwright joins City of Liverpool on dual-registration

City of Liverpool have announced the dual-registration signing of Ethan Cartwright from National League North outfit Chester.
The 19-year-old joined the Deva last month and can play anywhere across midfield. He came off the bench last night as the Purps defeated Trafford 1-0 in the Pitching In Northern Premier League N/West Division.
He has also previously featured at Newcastle Town and Hanley Town.
