NPL champions Farsley Celtic scoop the Premier Division award after they prevailed in a thrilling three-way title race that went to the final game of the season.

Crucially, they won five of their final six games to hold off the challenge of South Shields and Warrington Town, despite a 1-1 draw with Hyde United on Easter weekend threatening a slip up.

The only blip in their month came at the Integro League Cup final, where they were denied what would have been the first leg of a double as they were beaten 2-1 by Trafford at Broadhurst Park.

West Division champions Atherton Collieries picked up the April award for that division as they romped home to the title.

They conceded just twice in six games throughout April, which included five wins and a draw.

In the East Division, Loughborough Dynamo gave themselves something to build upon over the summer as they finished the season strongly to finish in 8th place.

They recorded a perfect six wins from six in April, scoring 18 goals in the process.

The three clubs will receive their awards at the upcoming annual NPL awards dinner in Blackpool.
