Subject to any appeals to the FA following Friday's decision by Shaw Lane AFC to withdraw from the EVO-STIK League's Premier Division and fold, the following vertical and lateral club movements within the National League System are expected to apply for season 2018-19.
Vertical movement
Vacancy created by Shaw Lane AFC at Step 3 filled by Wimbourne Town, the Step 4 losing play-off finalist with best points per game average.
Subsequent vacancy at Step 4 to be filled by promoting FC Romania from the Essex Senior League to the Isthmian South Central as the third placed club at Step 5 with the best points per game average.
Lateral movement
Fleet to switch from Isthmian League South Central to Southern League South West.
Banbury to switch from the Southern League South West to Souhern League Central.
Hednesford Town to switch from the Southern League Central to Nothern Premier League Premier Division.
The EVO-STIK League will continue to liaise with the FA before any further announcements from Wembley regarding confirmation of the proposed club movements within the NLS following the demise of Shaw Lane AFC.
