Experienced midfielder joins Macclesfield

The 26-year-old will initially join on a deal until January 8.

Lowe came through the ranks at Burnley before joining FC United of Manchester back in 2016.

Spells at Spennymoor Town and Southport followed, before Nathan joined South Shields in July 2019.

Making over 100 appearances for the Mariners, the combative midfielder became highly sought-after, and following a short stint at Darlington, he signed for Kidderminster last summer.

Lowe has featured 14 times for Kidderminster so far this season, scoring two goals and providing two assists.

“I’m made up to be here. I know how big a club this is,” he said.

“It’s been a difficult patch in my career in the last couple of weeks, and when this opportunity came around, it’s something that grabbed my attention.

“People are going to have their opinions about dropping down two leagues, but I’m desperate to do well for myself, for Macclesfield and prove a point.”
