FA dismisses Vics appeal

Northwich Victoria'a appeal against playing at Stafford Rangers FC when the new Evo-Stik Northern Premier League First Division South season kicks off was rejected today at Wembley Stadium.

An appeal by Northwich Victoria against the decision of the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League not to allow the club to play at Flixton FC in the 2012-13 campaign was heard and dismissed by a Football Association commission at the national stadium this morning.

The designated home ground of Northwich Victoria FC was confirmed as Stafford Rangers' Martson Road.

The FA had previously allocated the club a position in Division 1 South of Evo-Stik Northern Premier League.

No further statement will be made by the Evo-Stik NPL at this time.
