Dibb-Fuller can play anywhere across the frontline, and his previous clubs include Newton Aycliffe, Hebburn Town and Team Northumbria.
On his arrival, Shildon manager Chris Hughes said: “This is a really important signing for Shildon and shows how we want to continue to improve as a team.
