And Garton is confident their neighbours at Mansfield Town will make sure the Stoke Lane club benefits from the 16-year-old's future progress after the League Two outfit signed the striker in the run-up to Christmas.
Recommended to Millers manager Wayne Scott by Garton last season, Law, pictured, scored four goals in the three games he started since making his full debut this term. The hot-shot earned his chance after starring for the First Division South club's academy side and helping them top the table.
A proud Garton said: "We knew Jason would go higher and we were delighted to give him the opportunity to express himself, a chance he took with both hands.
"I have been at the helm here for 14 years and he is the best prospect since Terry Hawkridge. I believe Jason could possibly go on and have a fantastic career and he is certainly the best young striker I have seen here, make no mistake about that!
"Because of Jason's age and education status, we were not allowed to contract him so we will have to rely on the goodwill of Mansfield going forward if he makes progress with them which I believe he will."
He added: "We received a lovely card off his family thanking us what we had done for their lad in giving him the opportunity and we have an excellent relationship with Mansfield Town which is obviously important and it was great to see Jason and his dad at our Christmas event when we had the chance to wish him all the best."
