Friendlies calendar is filling up fast

The EVO-STIK Northern Premier League's pre-season friendlies calendar is filling up fast with more than four hundred fixtures already listed!

Dedicated exclusively to matches involving the Northern Premier League's sides in June, July and August in preparation for the upcoming 2018-19 campaign, the annual guide for fans, players and officials passed the 400 mark on Friday with clubs starting to put the finishing touches to their warm-up programmes.

With pre-season training getting underway within days and the first fixtures kicking off on June 30, Premier League and Football League clubs warming up against EVO-STIK League opposition already include Blackpool, Birmingham City, Burnley, Charlton Athletic, Chesterfield, Crewe Alexandra, Huddersfield Town, Leeds United, Leicester City, Nottingham Forest, Port Vale, Peterborough United, Preston North End, Rochdale, Rotherham, Sheffield United and Sheffield Wednesday.
