Gainsborough retained and released list

Gainsborough Trinity have revealed a retained and released list following the end of the season.

Boss Curtis Woodhouse said: “I’ve spoke to all the lads contracted to the football club and unfortunately we are just not in a position to offer some of them terms moving forward. We have Gregg Smith, Declan Bacon, James Williamson and Alex Wiles already contracted for next season and Jack Walters has agreed terms for next season.

"I’m working really hard behind the scenes to recruit players which is difficult in such tough times but we aim to give the fans and everybody associated with the football club a team you can be proud of and get behind.

“Lastly I’d just like to wish everybody health and happiness as we fight this deadly virus and the sooner we can all get back to what we love the better."
