Hornets hunt the East Division Title

AThought they took the title on the final day. A late surge featuring 11 straight wins and an unbeaten run since the beginning of February stopped on the final midweek by Ossett United, the run helped Hebburn regain top spot in a season-long tussle with Stockton, Belper, and Dunston for the top four positions in the Eastern Division. This period also saw the late emergence of Amar Purewal in the Golden Boot race, with an impressive 30 goals to his name.

The Hornets, who joined the league in 2021, will be looking to build on their success after last season's heartbreak in the Playoff Final. This season's performance will see them compete in Step 3 for the first time in their history.
