Ilkeston strengthen with two more

Ilkeston Town have signed midfielder Fernando Bell-Toxtle and winger Rod Orlando-Young.

Bell-Toxtle, 20, won the league title with Basford United in 2017/18 and joined Grantham Town on loan last season before making the move permanent in the summer.

Returning to the club is Orlando-Young, following a brief spell with National League North side Bradford Park Avenue.

Orlando-Young, 24, made just one appearance at the Horsfall Stadium and played for Newcastle Town last season, before joining Gainsborough in May.

Both featured in the goalless draw with Spalding United on Tuesday night.

Meanwhile, Harry Wakefield has left the club while Mitchell Robinson has joined Newark Flowserve on loan.
