Nantwich Town have been rocked by the news that top scorer Dan Cockerline has suffered a dislocated shoulder.

The injury occurred during the Dabbers’ 3-0 defeat at Stafford Rangers on Boxing Day.

So far this season, Cockerline has scored four goals in 17 appearances.

The 6’4 forward first joined the club from AFC Liverpool in September 2021.

Ritchie Sutton’s side are next in action at home to local rivals Warrington Town on Monday afternoon.
