Iron man beefs up Blues

Frickley Athletic's manager Karl Rose could throw loan signing Callum Howe straight into his side to take on Chorley at Westfield Lane.

The Evo-Stik Northern Premier League Premier boss signed the 18-year-old Scunthorpe central defender on a month's loan. Earlier this season Howe went on loan to Conference North Bradford Park Avenue from the League One Iron.

Howe, who's has progressed through the junior ranks at Scunthorpe and was the only second year trainee at the club to be awarded a professional contract last summer, is on loan at the Evo-Stik NPL Premier Division club until 16 March.
