Keeping fit with: Anthony Malbon

In this latest feature, we’re asking some of the players in the BetVictor Northern Premier League how they are keeping fit during isolation.

NHS advice is for people to only leave the house when necessary, regularly wash your hands for 20 seconds and to avoid touching your face, nose or eyes with unwashed hands.

Kidsgrove Athletic striker and all-time top goal scorer for the club, Anthony Malbon, recently signed a new deal to commit his future to the club.

He said: "A routine at home is a difficult one in terms of cardio which is important for footballers.

"But I usually go on YouTube and there are loads of things on there for you to do at home, so I normally follow them to keep ticking over whenever I haven’t been able go out and do anything."
