Lancashire call for Rams

Ramsbottom United have congratulated six of their teenagers who’ve been called up to the Lancashire FA’s Under 18s squad.

Sam Milton, Matt Warburton, Sam Crook, Ryan Boulton, Michael King and Callum Smith are in the county’s squad of 15 to take on Manchester in the Northern Counties Youth Championship on Saturday 15 December.

The Evo-Stik NPL First Division North's Luke Bradley has also been placed on stand-by for the 2pm kick off at Manchester’s Sportcity.

A Rams spokesman said: "Everyone at the Harry Williams Riverside Stadium sends their congratulations to the players."
