Lancaster City confirm Matthew Blinkhorn departure

Lancaster City have announced that striker Matthew Blinkhorn has left the club.
Blinkhorn, 36, arrived at the Giant Axe from AFC Fylde in the summer of 2018 under Phil Brown and went on to represent City 77 times, scoring 10 goals.
Recent work commitments meant that the forward was unable to join up with the squad for pre-season and based on this there has been a mutual decision that Blinkhorn will not be returning to the club.
