The Evo-Stik Northern Premier League’s chairmen and secretaries were meeting near Leeds on Sunday for a League Development Day.

Representatives from all 68 clubs headed to the West Riding County FA’s headquarters in Woodlesford for a busy schedule with key speakers covering a wide range of topics including racism, equality, stadia funding, commercial development and the Evo-Stik NPL’s UEFA B Coach Bursary Scheme.

Sunday’s event opened with an address and commercial update from Evo-Stik NPL Chairman Mark Harris, pictured, before delegates heard a presentation from the FA’s Regional Facilities & Investment Manager Mark Coulson on Facility Funding and Stadia Improvement.

A session followed on appointing match officials before Kick It Out’s Grassroots Development Officer Dean Watson hosted a Racism and Equality Workshop.

An FA Club Business Planning Workshop led by FA Club Leaders Facilitator Paul Black took place after lunch with the Evo-Stik NPL League Coaching Development Officer Mark Ogley rounding the event off with a presentation on the league’s successful and FA backed UEFA B Coach Bursary Scheme.
