League Volunteer Position

The Evo-Stik League is looking for a volunteer, preferably based in the North West, to maintain league competition details throughout the year with an objective of creating accurate historical records. In addition during the course of the season to have the ability, via social media, to publish club and player sequence records to support the fixtures being played on any particular match day. There are a number of files holding some raw data since the League was founded in 1968, to convert to manageable files, which may be used whenever records need to be referenced or used for other applications. It will be necessary to interrogate other records to fill any gaps.

From time to time the post holder will also be required to represent the League at matches to help with presentations or specific tasks to support league and sponsorship compliance standards. A mileage allowance will be paid for such visits.

The ideal candidate should be able to manage their League responsibilities alongside their normal occupation. A aptitude for detail, fully conversant with Microsoft Office as well as being able to maintain databases in a timely manner.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone, interested in Non-League football, not involved with a club, to be part of a volunteer team supporting the Northern Premier League.
