Legends return to Wire

Former Everton and England star Peter Reid is teaming up with his brother to entertain fans at Warrington Town’s upcoming 'Return of the Legends' night next month.

Shaun Reid, the Wire’s manager, called in a favour from his brother, pictured, for the fundraising event in aid of the club’s work in the community on Friday 19 October at their training base, the new £30 million Orford Park facility.

The family duo will be joined on a Question & Answer panel by Manchester City legend Gary Owen who is another of the Evo-Stik NPL First Division North club’s sporting ambassadors along with Roger Hunt and Micky Thomas.

Local radio commentator Graham Lovatt will host the evening.

Tables of ten are available for £250 and include a curry supper. Individual tickets priced £25 are also available.
