Thanks to the EVO-STIK League Premier Division club's latest local business initiative with the StoryHouse Cafe, supporters producing their Mariners credentials will be rewarded with a 10 per cent discount at the cafe in the heart of Crosby village throughout the 2018-19 campaign.
Marine assistant secretary Sam D'Auvin said: "This is a great opportunity for Marine AFC to expand its community reach across Crosby and Waterloo by linking up with yet another local business. I'm delighted that StoryHouse have agreed to enter a partnership with ourselves and will in turn offer a 10 per cent discount to Marine AFC 2018-19 season ticket holders and members, a deal that will reward both our supporters and the cafe."
D'Auvin, who is also helping to promote the club's ongoing 125 Anniversary Ground Development Square Appeal, added: "We're hoping to extend similar discounts to other local businesses in the near future."
StoryHouse joint manager Lizzie Lowrie said: "StoryHouse is all about community, we're right in the centre of Crosby village to provide a space for people to gather and we're so pleased to join with Marine AFC because they also bring our local community together."
