Marske defender commits future to club

Marske United wing-back Connor Smith has agreed to stay at the club for the 2022/23 campaign, subject to FA and league approval.
He made 47 appearances for Carl Jarrett’s side last season, scoring the opening goal in their 2-l Pitching In NPL East Division play-off final victory over Stockton Town.
Smith will add further competition for places as the Seasiders prepare for their debut season at Step 3.
This weekend they will play host to Belper Town, who were promoted from the Midlands Division in 2021/22.
