Midfielder returns to the Millers

Holmes makes his return to the club following a short spell with the Red Badgers, having previously gained experience playing for Hucknall, Stamford and Heanor Town.

Manager Tommy Brookbanks confirmed that the former Millers midfielder will be available for selection ahead of their trip to Shildon.

Carlton will hope the addition of Holmes will bolster their midfield as the side sits 14th in the NPL East Division, with eight points from seven games this season.
