One of the leading premium brands for electronic cigarettes is sponsoring a new corporate suite at Evo-Stik Northern Premier League Carlton Town.

The Millers announced on Wednesday that SKYCIG has signed a one year deal to become the First Division South club's official partner at the Bill Stokeld Stadium.

The agreement, which includes branding and naming rights to the suite which is due to open in January, will include permission for adult fans to use electronic cigarettes within the grounds. SKYCIG products will also be exclusively available for purchase inside the stadium.

Delighted Carlton Town Mick Garton says the news will also help reduce budgetary pressures on manager Les McJannet so his side can compete at the right end of the table over the second half of the season.

Pictured alongside SKYCIG's Mychajlo Dutchak, Garton said: "I am delighted to welcome SKYCIG on board. Hopefully SKYCIG will become a partner for the long term and I look forward to announcing details of the opening of the new suite in the New Year. This will also take a little bit of pressure off the manager in terms of the budget and hopefully means we can continue to compete at the right end of the table. I would like to thank the team at SKYCIG and in particular Mychajlo Dutchak for their support."

SKYCIG's President Tom Rolfe is looking forward to giving fans more choice thanks to the new partnership. "It is great to be involved with a team which is such a strong part of the local community,” said Rolfe. "And by allowing the use of SKYCIG products in the stadium, Carlton Town is providing adult fans who smoke an alternative option to enjoy during matches and at half-time, which doesn’t inconvenience non-smokers with the smell or second-hand smoke associated with traditional cigarettes."
