The BBC Non-League Show returns this Sunday and is promising to be bigger and better then ever after moving to BBC Radio 5 Live.

Sunday morning sees the first broadcast on the UK's top sports and news station since the show's summer switch with popular presenter Caroline Barker from BBC Radio London and an original Monday night slot.

Producers say Sunday's curtain-raiser will be all about promoting Non-League, the quality stories grassroots football generates and most importantly, the people from clubs up and down the country who make it so special.

The BBC sports show has already built up a fan base across the UK and around the world via its internet broadcasts since first hitting the airwaves more than five years ago. Regular pundits include Harrow Borough manager and former AFC Wimbledon boss Dave Anderson, the Evo-Stik NPL's Media Manager and Non-League journalist Dave Watters, former manager and top scout Willie Wordsworth and the Non-League Paper's leading columnist and chief reporter Stuart Hammonds.

Caroline Barker says she wants to make the show as interactive as possible now its being recorded on Saturday nights straight after the day's action and is urging the Non-League community to get involved right from the start at their new home on national radio.

"Here's hoping we can make a big noise for Non-League across the globe and this is where everyone comes in," said the presenter. "Non-League fans, their clubs and the players are our eyes and ears so if something happens at your club or match record it and send it in.

"We'd love your stories - you can email nonleague@bbc.co.uk with them - but we'd also love to hear your voices too! If you have a smartphone, or access to recording equipment, just record 30 seconds about your story, your club, your match report, or just your thoughts on a Non-League topic and we could all hear you on the show.

"Simply email in any format to nonleague@bbc.co.uk. Think of it as an audio letters page and your chance to get your club or views heard nationally! Just make sure you start the message with your name and club and we'll do the rest."

The first show is due to go out at 5.30am but if fans miss the early morning broadcast it'll still be available throughout the day and week using the listen again features on the BBC Radio 5 Live website and the BBC's iPlayer. Highlights will also be available on social media at www.twitter.com/nonleagueshow and Audioboo www.audioboo.fm/nonleagueshow.
