November's top managers named

North Ferriby United’s Billy Heath, Skelmersdale United’s Tommy Lawson and Stamford’s Graham Drury were named on Friday as November’s Evo-Stik Northern Premier League Managers of the Month.

The success of the trio’s sides so far this season has seen the managers pick up multiple managerial awards, an amazing seven in total between them.

Villagers manager Heath wins his second managerial accolade award after also taking October’s honours in the Evo-Stik NPL Premier Division. The league’s judges, together with representatives from sponsors Evo-Stik, had no hesitation in honouring the North Ferriby United boss after his side won four games in a row in November with three of the wins coming away at top six sides.

Stamford’s Graham Drury takes the Evo-Stik NPL First Division South honours for the second time this season after winning August’s award. Drury was rewarded after the second placed Daniels won five out of their six outings in November to keep them in contention with leaders Coalville Town.

Friday’s announcement means Skelmersdale’s Lawson will pick up his third Evo-Stik NPL First Division North Manager of the Month Award of the season with only four handed out so far!

The FA Trophy giant-killers won six of their seven matches over the month, drawing just once at Boston United in the competition’s First Round before going on to knock the Conference North side out in Tuesday night’s replay.

The trio will be presented with an inscribed certificate marking their achievements along with personalised items from the Errea benchwear range by representatives of the league and sponsors Bostik, the parent company of league title sponsors Evo-Stik, at upcoming matches. Details on when the presentations will be made will be released in due course.
