Nuptials first for Nurse!

There was a notable absentee when Evo-Stik Northern Premier League Loughborough Dynamo kicked off pre-season training today [Saturday] under the watchful eye of new manager Tommy Brookbanks.

Brookbanks and his management team wouldn't have minded as it was former striker Kris Nurse, pictured, who's rejoined Dynamo from First Division South rivals Coalville Town in recent days and was celebrating his marriage to Sarah McCarthy!

The pair are jetting off to Las Vegas and then Hawaii for their honeymoon and a Dynamo spokesman congratulated the 28-year-old and his new wife on their wedding.

"All those involved with Loughborough Dynamo send their best wishes to the bride and groom," said the spokesman.
