Ossett forward makes Sheffield switch

Sheffield FC have confirmed the signing of Basile Zottos from Ossett United.

The Belgian born forward scored twice in 13 appearances this season for the Sheepicorns and will look to add to his tally for the year with Sheffield.

Zottos began his playing career with Sheffield Wednesday’s youth setup before joining Ossett this summer.

The 19-year-old plays typically as a centre-forward, with the ability to switch to either wing if needed.

The addition of Zottos will strengthen Sheffield, who sit 10th in the NPL East Division, ahead of a busy set of October fixtures.
