The standout fixture sees Warrington Rylands and Warrington Town lock horns for the second and final time this season.
The reverse fixture was an entertaining affair, with the Yellows rescuing a late 3-3 draw at Cantilever Park, against a Rylands side that were forced to field outfield player Stephen Irwin in goal.
There are also difficult away trips for top two South Shields and Hyde United, who visit Guiseley and FC United of Manchester respectively.
Kevin Phillips’ Shields could end the day seven points clear at the top of the division, depending on the outcome of the day’s other matches.
Only two teams, Marske United and Lancaster City, are not in action due to the former’s involvement in the latest round of the FA Trophy.
The last remaining Northern Premier League representatives in the competition, the Seasiders will visit National League North side Farsley Celtic.
All fixtures will take place on Saturday 14 January at 3pm, unless stated otherwise.
