Prices slashed for younger fans

Ramsbottom United are running a 'kids for a quid' promotion on Saturday for their EVO-STIK Northern Premier League clash with Barwell.

The rock-bottom Rams have cut their usual £4 admission price for fans aged 16 and under to help boost the crowd at the Harry Williams Riverside Stadium with manager Jon Robinson and his side still seeking their first win in the Premier Division.

A Rams spokesman said: "Kick-off is 3pm and all youngsters will be made to feel very welcome if they take the opportunity to watch some excellent Non-League football."
