Priestley, 28, bagged their second goal in a 6-2 loss to Armenia in the UEFA Nations League at the Victoria Stadium in Gibraltar.
It was his first international appearance in two years, and he now has 14 caps having made his international debut back in 2013.
The former Garforth Town and Farsley Celtic frontman was born in the British overseas territory while his father served in the Royal Air Force.
His then club Farsley earned more than £20,000 in UEFA compensation for his participation in the 2018 World Cup qualifiers.
