The Yellows currently occupy third place in the division, while Boro are fourth.
Ahead of their rearranged fixture at the Neuven Stadium, the pair are nine and 12 points behind the Mariners.
Warrington are still on a club-record 19-game unbeaten run, stretching back to November, whereas Radcliffe have drawn three of their last five games.
Speaking ahead of the clash, Boro boss Bobby Grant said: “We know Warrington will go toe-to-toe with us to come here and try and play.
“The lads have been immense and I have full faith that we have the ability in our dressing room to counter that by getting a result.”
Meanwhile, Yellows manager Mark Beesley knows his side will need to be at the top of their game to pile the pressure on the sides above them.
On the threats Radcliife pose, he said: “They’re an excellent team. I watched them a few weeks ago and they were very, very good.
“They’re solid, they don’t give much away and have some really good players.
“They will definitely be in the top five come the end of the season, so it’s a really tough game for us.”
In the night’s other action, second-placed Bamber Bridge are in action against Morpeth Town as they look to build on a run of four straight victories, against a Highwaymen outfit without a win in three games.
It could result in the title race heating up, with the gap at the top potentially closing to six points if the Brig secure the win.
At the bottom of the table, Belper Town will be relegated if they lose their home clash against Marske United.
The Seasiders would climb out of the bottom three with a win themselves.
Marine and Matlock Town also lock horns in a bid to keep their play-off chances alive, while Liversedge host Lancaster City as they look to boost their own survival hopes.
