Radcliffe Borough - New Secretary Required

By Alan Allcock

Applications invited for position of Secretary.

Radcliffe Borough Football Club are searching for a new secretary / match secretary due to the recent news John Walker has resigned due to personal reasons. The club would like to thank John for his time, commitment and dedication whilst in his role at the club and major shareholder Bernard Manning said, "John did an excellent job for us and ensured everything was in place and kept everyone updated and informed. The role of secretary / match secretary is an important job and communication with the management team, club officials, the Evo-Stik League, football associations and local counties is paramount to the running of the football side of the club. We wish John well in the future and hope to see him at some of the future games."

The search is now on to replace John and Bernard said, "We are looking for an enthusiastic, well organised person who would like to develop his role further in the football club but with the main responsibility on the secretarial side of the football club. Whist we would like someone with experience, it is not necessary, we just want someone to’ own' that particular role in the club."

The club would like to have the successful applicant in place for the new season, in the meantime former secretary Graham Fielding will be in charge until someone is appointed.

Interested people should email the club at rbfc@hotmail.co.uk reference SECRETARY / MATCH SECRETARY or contact the club on 0161-724-8346.
