Reds coach lends a hand at Blues

One of England’s top women's coaches was putting Leek Town's junior stars through their paces on Friday night.

Vicky Jepson, manager of Liverpool's Centre of Excellence Under-18 women's team and captain of Macclesfield Town Ladies, teamed up with the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League's Community coach Steve Kell to train the club's girls at Leek Town High School.

The Evo-Stik NPL First Division South side are currently running regular training sessions every Friday night as the club looks to boost ladies football in the area and form more teams.
