Robin needs more super hero mates

EVO-STIK League Tadcaster Albion were urging their travelling support to head to Glossop North End in fancy dress on Friday as they look for a first ever win at Surrey Street this weekend.

The 2016-17 Northern Counties East League champions used their Twitter account to post a picture of one fan doubling as Batman's Robin on a previous outing in an appeal for more supporters to join the twenty plus already travelling to Derbyshire in an array of costumes.

After their 2-1 win over Clitheroe at the i2i Stadium in EVO-STIK League North last Saturday, joint Brewers managers Michael Morton and Simon Collins are hoping to see their side win a third on the spin and also record only a second victory on the road in the league since earning promotion.

Thanking fans for their support so far this season, @TadcasterAlbion tweeted: "We’ve got 20 plus Taddy fans going in fancy dresss on Saturday so feel free to join them! Your support is greatly appreciated by the management team and players and makes a big difference. Should be an entertaining afternoon but can we get our first ever win at Surrey Street, let’s hope so!
