The Turbines started advertising for a new reserve team manager at Lincoln Road on Monday after increasing work commitments forced Chris Bartlett to stand down less than six months after he guided his side to the Peterborough League Premier Division title.
Officials say the successful candidate will be expected to work closely with first team manager Jimmy Dean whose side won 2-1 away at Market Drayton Town on Saturday to continue the Cambridgeshire club's successful start to life in EVO-STIK League South.
A spokesman for last season's United Counties League champions said: "The role will suit an individual committed to integrating our successful youth and academy set up into the senior ranks."
