The last four clashes are scheduled to kick off at 7.45pm on Thursday 6 April after the outstanding quarter-final clash at The Sir Tom Finney Stadium on Tuesday 28 March is settled.
After Marine won the competition for a record fourth time last April by beating Scarborough Athletic at Farsley Celtic's Throstle Nest, news of the venue for this season's Integro League Cup Final on Wednesday 19 April will follow this week's semi-final draw.
Like the Mariners, the 2017 winners will bank £2000 in prize money with the runners-up collecting £1000. Losing semi-finalists are awarded £500 with losing quarter-finalists banking £250.
To reach the last four Clitheroe beat EVO-STIK NPL First Division North rivals Scarborough Athletic 3-2 last week while top flight Grantham Town needed penalties to overcome EVO-STIK NPL First Division South Basford United after being held to a 1-1 draw at the Meres.
The Bucks were the last of the clubs to book their semi-final berth in the EVO-STIK NPL's showpiece competition with a 3-2 win at AFC Rushden and Diamonds on Tuesday night.
