The Evo-Stik Northern Premier League’s social media masters are looking to increase their coverage of more clubs in the southern half of the league’s geographical area.

To increase their interaction with players, officials and supporters further south and cope with a growing membership across the league, the fans running the NPL facebook Group want to recruit two new administrators with a good understanding and knowledge of clubs in First Division South in particular.

Set up back in 2009 by two fans watching an FA Trophy tie between FC Halifax Town and Shepshed Dynamo, the NPL facebook Group has grown to become one of the best supported online communities in football with nearly 3,000 members and more than 2000 followers on Twitter.

One of its twin founders, Bradley Dobson, is delighted that their growing membership is behind the move and is looking forward to hearing from candidates keen to promote their efforts as they broaden their horizons on social media in 2014.

Dobson said: "We are looking for two people to who have a knowledgeable background to keep the members updates with what is going on. It's all voluntary but it'd be great to have two new people who can push the group within the league’s southern sector.

"Not only do we want news and updates, we want someone who can publicise the NPL Group with a passion in and around clubs in the south."
