Spartans in the spotlight on preview podcast!

There's a definite slant towards Blyth Spartans on the weekend's NPL Show Extra, one of the official podcasts of the EVO-STIK Northern Premier League.

As well as James Heyes from the NPL Facebook Group and Red Shift Radio commentator Jonny Crowther on Nantwich Town's start to the season, guests on the weekend preview include Mark Carrurthers from Non-LeagueDaily.com who doubles up as the senior press officer at the top flight's leaders.

Hosted as always by FCUM Radio's Ben Hughes and recorded at the Magnet Inn in Stockport before being released for download on Friday, the NPL Show Extra is a spin-off of the monthly EVO-STIK NPL Show which returned last week with its first podcast of the new campaign.

Both podcasts for the league's fans, players and officials are available on iTunes and Audioboom and since the start of this season, directly via a button on the home page.

The first NPL Show for the 2015-16 campaign features a bumper line-up of guests, pictured, and is back for the third year running and sponsored for the second successive season by the league's title sponsor EVO-STIK.
