Sports bring in Cresswell

Mickleover Sports have signed experienced defender Ryan Cresswell.

Cresswell, 31, has extensive experience in the Football League, playing for Rotherham United, Southend United, Fleetwood Town and Northampton Town.

The former Sheffield United Academy graduate will provide some much needed defensive options to go along side Pablo Mills, Durrel Berry and Joel Bonner who are already at the club.

Cresswell will go straight into the squad to face Scarborough Athletic in the EVO-STIK League Premier Division at the Flamingo Land Stadium on Saturday.
