Cameron Hough, Gavin Rothery and Matthew Davies are pictured collecting the top flight's inaugural Club of the Month accolade for August and September from league representative and coaching development officer Mark Ogley before beating Buxton 2-0 at Sheerien Park to reclaim top spot.
The Ducks were named alongside fellow leaders South Shields in EVO-STIK League North and Cleethorpes Town in EVO-STIK League South as the first winners of monthly accolades to recognise and reward the top performers among the 68 clubs playing in the EVO-STIK League's three divisions.
As well a glass glass memento, the trio were presented with a bottle of spirits to mark the club's success after picking up where they left off from last term as EVO-STIK League South champions, the Ducks winning nine of their 12 outings before the end of September to average 2.259 points per league game.
Under the guidance of manager Craig Elliott, they also recorded three more victories in the Emirates FA Cup to set up a Fourth Qualifying Round clash with Hartlepool United on Saturday.
