Strachan in at Stamford

By James Gordon

Stamford have made two new signings, including the grandson of former Manchester United and Scotland player Gordon Strachan.

Luke Strachan, 17, moves to the EVO-STIK League East Division side on work experience for a month from Peterborough United. He is the son of former Posh player Gavin.

Also joining the Daniels is Chris Gitau-Eneremadu, a German wide midfielder who moves from Loughborough University.

The 21-year-old and Strachan join Jake Sansby, who arrived at Stamford last week from Peterborough Northern Star and made his debut against AFC Mansfield.

Stamford travel to face Loughborough Dynamo in the league this Saturday.
