Tigers captain commits future to club

Hyde United captain Brad Roscoe has extended his stay with the club until at least the end of next season.

Roscoe started his youth career at Preston North End before moving to Fleetwood Town in 2015.

He has played for Ramsbottom United, Glossop North End and Buxton before joining Hyde United, where he was appointed captain ahead of the current season.

The centre-back joins experienced forward Jack Redshaw in committing his future to the club.

On his decision to stay, Roscoe said: “I’m absolutely buzzing. I’ve been at the club for coming up to four years, and I’m loving every minute of it.

“Everyone can see this year that the club is moving forward.

“Me and Redders [Jack Redshaw] have signed new deals, and hopefully that shows our intention moving forward.”
