Tuesday night postponment

Skelmersdale United's clash against Cammell Laird on Tuesday night in the Second Round of The Doodson Sport Cup has been postponed.

Officials were forced to call off the all Evo-Stik NPL First Division North tie after the West Lancashire College Stadium was left waterlogged by further rain during the day. Subject to league approval, the match will now be played on Wednesday January 9.

Tuesday night's two other Second Round fixtures in the competition - Brigg Town versus Sheffield FC and Chasetown versus Northwich Victoria - plus seven scheduled Third Round ties are still set to go ahead.
