Warm up with some heated debate!

By David Watters

Fans of the EVO-STIK NPL Show are warming up with Friday's new podcast as the 'Beast from the East' continues to freeze Britain!

Released for download for the fans, players and officials of the Northern Premier League within hours of the winter weather wiping out Saturday's full programme of action, the hour long show looks back at the action over the last seven days and ahead to March's key fixtures and battles.

With the business end of the season now well underway - weather permitting - the management teams at Shaw Lane, Witton Albion, Stafford Rangers and Rushall Olympic heat up the debate on the latest weekly show with host Ben Hughes and the EVO-STIK League's social media officer James Heyes.

Frustratingly for Whitby Town Radio's Andrew Snaith and everybody else missing their football this weekend, the podcast also features one less than helpful feature following the snow and ice blanketing the UK - his most pointless preview ever of Saturday's cancelled top flight matches!

Produced as always by the team behind award-winning FCUM Radio, the EVO-STIK NPL Show's stable of hit weekly and monthly podcasts returned for the 2017-18 campaign to rave reviews to build on their best ever listening figures last term.

Still available on iTunes as well as Audioboom, the official podcasts are being sponsored for the fourth season running by the NPL's title sponsors EVO-STIK and since last season have also been available via their own button on the right hand side of the home page of the league's official website.
